We accidentally forgot Git when building our GitOps setup and ended up improving deployment reliability and supply chain security. In this lightning talk, we share how we went from scattered, non-standardized GitOps repos to a reusable, atomic pipeline building OCI artifacts that can be deployed anywhere from anywhere.
